At AutoPlay our goal is to make the best lead management software in the world. We’ve spent a lot of time working on our iPad and iPhone versions lately as we believe they represent the future of lead management. However, there is always a time and place for Desktop software so we’ve recently been showing some love to our Desktop solution.
The Wishlist functionality is now available in the Desktop Sales Pipeline. You can enter the criteria to match to vehicles in stock and that have been appraised (including Make, Model, Transmission, Fuel Type, Odometer, Price Range etc). Unfortunately the Desktop version of the Wishlist does not provide notifications and alerts yet - this will be part of future development in Q1 next year.
When you load a Test Drive Form you can now add in start and end times on the Desktop Sales Pipeline. If the vehicle is on Test Drive the lead will be shown with an image watermark labelled "ON TEST DRIVE". Additionally you can now upload the Driver’s License photo direct to the Desktop and choose from any vehicles on the lead to add to the Test Drive - just like the iPad version.
For a while we have had an inconsistency where you could add multiple vehicles to a lead using the iPad App, but not in the Desktop. The latest release takes care of this allowing you to choose a 'Primary Vehicle' and Other Vehicles to add to the lead for reference by clicking on the ADD NEW button in the 'Other Vehicles' section. We've also added thumbnails of the vehicles to make it easier to find the one you are after.
In mid-October we released version 15.3.4 of the AutoPlay Studio for Desktop. The latest batch of changes incorporates many of the features and functions available in the iPad and iPhone versions of the Sales Pipeline. We've done this to ensure we deliver our customers a consistent experience no matter what device they are using.
We've now brought the Dashboard on the Desktop Sales Pipeline in line with the Dashboard within the iOS Apps. This means that you can now filter by the following items;
We’ve recently run a short webinar that outlines all of these changes. To view a recording of the Webinar you can download the latest from here.
Christmas is rapidly approaching – and with it the rush of requests AutoPlay receives from dealerships to make changes to websites before the 24th of December. To ensure we can make these changes in time for Xmas, we need to receive any request before the 10th of December. This includes any new content on websites or any changes to opening/closing hours and or xmas contacts.
If we receive any requests after the 10th of December we’ll do our best to accommodate them before the 24th December, however we will not be able to guarantee they will be completed in time due to the high volume of requests we receive in this period.
If you would like us to make changes to your website for Christmas please email email@example.com before December 10th.
Every year at AutoPlay we like to give our full Pro Package AutoPlay customers the option to send a Christmas themed email to their customers. For a limited time we’d like to offer the Christmas themed email templates shown below to our dealerships for no additional charge.
With these templates we will use your header and footer for your dealership. We can also include a Merry Christmas message as well as 9 videos.
TRADITIONAL - http://data.autoplay.co.nz/email.aspx?eid=yhmIUMSxrYv7HR%2fJitG8bQ%3d%3d&preview=yes&template=yes
To ensure we have time to build and send these emails we’ll need to receive the following before Thursday December 10th
These emails will be built and sent on a strictly first come, first served basis. We will aim to have them ready to send anytime from the 14th Dec to the 23rd Dec. If we receive any requests after the 10th we’ll do our best to get them done before the 24th but we will be prioritising dealerships that have provided enough information by the deadline.
To sign up for a 2015 Christmas email please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the required information.
We're all busy. That's why AutoPlay have created a report that gives Sales Managers a snapshot of key KPI's to help them run their sales team. We call it the Health Check and it can be set up to be sent on a Daily or Weekly basis.
What does the Health Check Report measure?
The Health Check report can be accessed from the Desktop Studio under Sales Pipeline>Reports>Health Check. However the Health check is designed to be emailed AUTOMATICALLY to the Sales Manager on a DAILY or WEEKLY basis.
Having the report emailed on a DAILY or WEEKLY basis saves Sales Manager time spent drilling down into reports or browsing through leads to make sure the sales people are actively working their leads.
The Health Check report helps managers keep track of whether their Sales Team is active and using the Sales Pipeline to the best of their abilities. The focus of the report is whether users are utilising the calendar to set follow up times – and sticking to those follow up times.
Contact our Support team on email@example.com to request set up. Note this report is only available to dealerships that use the Sales Pipeline on Desktop or iOS.
