In case it’s not obvious, at AutoPlay we looooove video, and we think video will eventually become the new norm. In 2016 Real Estate Agents wouldn’t dream of listing property without including photos to showcase it. In the next few years we believe that video will slowly become more and more a requirement – so much so that vendors and buyers alike will expect to see some form of video when selling or buying property.
The Role Of Video
These videos are fantastic and certainly have their place for high end properties selling in the millions. However, it just doesn’t work the same when showcasing a 3brm family home in Hamilton. The trouble with most video options available to Real Estate Agents is that they are both costly and time consuming – and justifyingly so! Making videos is generally a very manual, hands on process that not only takes a skilled individual, but also expensive camera and editing gear.
