The basics never go out of fashion.  One of the best ways to boost your customer enquiry in the online space is still to ensure your listings are well presented and informative to help your customers make a decision.  We’ve recently launched the Listing Quality Report to make this easier.

The Automated Listing Quality Report is set up to be sent daily to the Sales Manager in charge of keeping listings looking good.  At AutoPlay we want to help dealers keep their listings as up to date as possible. To help dealerships keep on top of their listing quality we have created an automated report which highlights any listings that have failed to meet the criteria below;

  • Any Comments

  • Model
  • Year
  • Price
  • Body Type
  • Fuel Type
  • Transmission

Why pay attention to Listing Quality?

  • Listings with less than 25 words in the description stay on Trade Me for an average of 20 days longer than listings with more than 50 words
  • Listings with 3 photos or less generate 52% less page visits on Trade Me on than listings with 10 or more photos

TV Display Floor Log Report

Even in this digital age, in many dealerships there is still a place for a paper Floor Log.  We’ve now made a digital version that takes all of the information entered by the sales team in the Sales Pipeline and displays it on a TV friendly report.

The new Sales Pipeline TV Floor Log Report is now available upon request. Displayed on your in dealership TV's via smartTV or an HDMI from your PC - the TV Floor Log shows all of the days current leads and appraisals including where they are at in the road to a sale and the salesperson handling the lead.

At AutoPlay we try not to change dealerships sale process – we just want to digitise it.  The TV Floor Log Report is another example of this school of thought.  The Floor Log is a great way to improve team performance as the visibility of information fosters a sense of competition and accountability amongst the sales team.
