By now we’ve released the new Desktop Studio to the majority of our customer base and received some fantastic feedback so far. Earlier this week we released a patch to include a number of new requests from dealers including displaying Interest Level, better matched search results and including the Custom date range option on the Dashboard search.

Custom Date Range
Custom Date Range now included on Dashboard date filter as an option in the NOW, FUTURE, STALLED, OVERDUE list. The Custom Date Range allows users to select a specific range of due dates for leads – allowing either a specific individual day or a wider date range to be selected.
Clearer Display of Email Enquiry
We’ve now made it easier to identify a customer’s original email enquiry on the Lead Detail screen within the Sales Pipeline. Double clicking on this email record will display clearly what the customer’s original email looked like. We are making further improvements to this screen in coming releases.
Better searching of Address Book when loading new leads
The criteria for matching customers is now much more accurate than it previously was. We now strip out characters such as spaces, #, (, ) when searching the phone number to ensure you get a match no matter how you input a phone number. Additionally we now sort the matched results alphabetically by last name to make it easier to match customers when many results are returned.
Interest Level now displays on Dashboard and Lead Detail
You asked for it, so we have now ported across the INTEREST functionality that is found in the iPad Sales Pipeline. There is a new INTEREST dropdown found in the top left of the lead detail screen. (fig 1) This will then display a coloured icon next the Current Progress on the Dashboard.( fig 2)
