We're all busy. That's why AutoPlay have created a report that gives Sales Managers a snapshot of key KPI's to help them run their sales team. We call it the Health Check and it can be set up to be sent on a Daily or Weekly basis.
What does the Health Check Report measure?
The Health Check report can be accessed from the Desktop Studio under Sales Pipeline>Reports>Health Check. However the Health check is designed to be emailed AUTOMATICALLY to the Sales Manager on a DAILY or WEEKLY basis.
Having the report emailed on a DAILY or WEEKLY basis saves Sales Manager time spent drilling down into reports or browsing through leads to make sure the sales people are actively working their leads.
The Health Check report helps managers keep track of whether their Sales Team is active and using the Sales Pipeline to the best of their abilities. The focus of the report is whether users are utilising the calendar to set follow up times – and sticking to those follow up times.
